For more than three decades, I have devoted my career to helping mission-driven organizations expand their impact, navigate meaningful change, and more effectively fulfill their mission.

I’ve had the privilege of serving as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Philanthropy Officer, Chief Program Officer, and executive advisor across organizations dedicated to affordable housing, workforce development, early childhood education, youth, family services, justice, homelessness, community economic development, and domestic violence prevention.

Throughout my career, one belief has remained constant: when leadership, people, strategy, and mission are aligned, organizations are better equipped to create lasting impact in the communities they serve.

Whether guiding a start-up, leading organizational transformation, supporting executive transition, or helping organizations prepare for their next chapter, my work is grounded in thoughtful leadership, practical strategy, and a genuine commitment to helping organizations strengthen their capacity to fulfill their mission.

My Leadership Philosophy.

Leadership is never about one person.

It succeeds when governance, strategy, culture, and mission are aligned around a shared purpose.

My role is not to arrive with predetermined answers. It is to listen carefully, understand each client’s unique strengths, opportunities, and challenges, and work alongside executive leaders and boards to identify thoughtful, practical approaches that strengthen leadership, improve effectiveness, and create the conditions for lasting impact.

Meaningful change is rarely the result of a single initiative. It grows through thoughtful leadership, shared purpose, strong governance, and a commitment to continuous learning and continuous improvement.
